  1. Emma Watson
Emma Watson’s full name is Emma Charlotte Duerre Watson! Despite being British, she was born in Paris, France on April 15, 1990, so that makes her 27 years old. Her parents- Jacqueline Luesby, Chris Watson- are both lawyers. She has 1 sibling, Alexander Watson, and 3 half- siblings called Nina Watson (13), Lucy Watson(13), Toby Watson(14). Emma Watson also acted in one of my favourite movies, the Harry Potter series, she played Hermione Granger and this catapulted her to international fame. She is best friends with Harry Potter co-stars Daniel Radcliffe (a.k.a. Harry Potter) and Rupert Grint (a.k.a. Ronald Weasley) after practically growing up with them on the Harry Potter set. She calls them her ‘brothers’. Emma thinks of her character Hermione Granger as a potential role model for young girls and as a female action hero who “rocks.” She was also named the ‘Highest Grossing Actress of the Decade’ by the Guinness Book of World Records. Her film work in the past decade has grossed over 5.4 billion dollars worldwide. In 2005, when she was 15, she was the youngest person to be featured on Teen Vogue Magazine. She has two cats named Bubbles and Domino. Emma admires Natalie Portman and Renee Zellweger for their willingness to take on challenging roles in film, even if they are not typically beautiful characters.

  2. Karren Brady

Karren Brady is a respectable business woman, public speaker and CEO of Premier League football club- West Ham United. She is probably most well known from being in the program ‘ The Apprentice’ , working for Alan Sugar. She is inspiring to many girls and women because of her speeches such as:

-How to build a world class culture
-How to turn a failing business into a world class brand

One of her many jobs is the CEO of Premier League football club- West Ham United. This is ordinarily a male environment and her leadership has increased the clubs value to £800,000,000. One of her favorite quotes is ” You cant determine where you start in life, but you can determine where you end up”. She has won many awards , one being an OBE.

  3. Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran is my chosen inspirational figure, because even though he was homeless for two years, that didn’t stop him from doing the thing he loves. He used to sleep under an arch next to Buckingham Palace or on London Underground trains. Ed also used to busk on the streets of London to get money for food. He became a singer and a songwriter, having written 15 albums (including his newest album, Divide, that isn’t on sale yet).Ed Sheeran was born on the 17th February 1991 (which makes him 26 years of age) in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, England but brought up in Framlingham, Suffolk. Ed’s full name is Edward Christopher Sheeran. He has one brother called Matthew, his mother is called Imogen and his father is called John. From the age of four, Ed sang in the local church choir, learned to play the guitar and began to write songs in High School.Ed Sheeran is inspirational to me as from such a young age, he had dreams and went on to achieve them.

  7. I have chosen Alan Sugar, he is a person who inspires me and lots of young people today. He was born in east London in 1947 and lived with his family in a council flat. He shows no matter what background you come from, if you are hard working, sensible with money and take some risks you can be successful. His first step was using his savings of £50.00 to sell car aerials and other electrical goods out the back of his van. Alan Sugar founded Amstrad in 1968, he has also been involved in football and owned the football club Tottenham Hotspur. Alan Sugar has bought lots of properties and still owns many of them.
For several years Alan Sugar presents the television show “The Apprentice” for young people, inspiring them to create a business plan that he can invest in. The best business plan wins, I really enjoy watching this show and all the ideas of the business plans.
